As a teenager, Pragna was diagnosed with Peripheral Neuropathy. While others planned their futures, she struggled to stand on her own feet and endured months of therapy.
Determined to understand her body, she immersed herself in the science of nutrition and human health, searching for answers beyond medication.
While completing her Pharmacy degree, she continued learning nutrition and wellness, preparing for the path she truly wanted to pursue.
After marriage, she pursued a Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics, transforming a personal struggle into a professional mission.
In 2022, she embraced the Mātrāśin philosophy and lost 26 kg, gaining energy, strength, confidence and control over her health.
Following childbirth, she faced Retinitis Pigmentosa and severe postpartum depression, yet continued rebuilding herself stronger than ever before.
